Proposed New NFL Stadium in Carson, CA
Carson, Los Angeles, CA
Carson's City Council has unanimously approved the proposed $1.7 billion stadium intended to be the new home of two NFL teams (Chargers and Raiders) in Los Angeles, CA.

The flowing, metallic modern stadium features a horseshoe-shaped seating arrangement that is open on one end - similar to the historic LA Coliseum.  At the center of the open peristyle end is a tower of about 120 feet that will become a signature feature for each team.  During Chargers game, it may house encapsulated electric charges, and during Raiders games, it would feature a flaming cauldron in Davis's honor.

The open and airy design celebrates includes 65,000 spectator seats and celebrates the history and enthusiasm of football in Los Angeles.
