VTB Arena Park, a project by VTB Bank and the Dynamo Managing Company, has won the prestigious European Property Awards in two categories: Best Mixed-Use Development and Best Public Services Development.
The European Property Awards was established in 1995 and is considered the leading European award in the sphere of residential and commercial real estate. The European Awards is part of the International Property Awards, which is the world’s most prestigious competition in terms of the quality of the participating projects.
“We are pleased that the unique VTB Arena Park project was highly praised by the international real estate developer community,” First Deputy President and Chairman of VTB Bank Management Board Vasily Titov said. “I’m confident that this project will make a significant contribution to the development of the modern urban environment in Moscow and will become a new landmark.”
“To date, VTB Arena Park is the only example of an integrated development of a large urban area that includes the construction of a unique sports infrastructure,” Senior Vice President of VTB Bank, General Director of the Dynamo Managing Company and Head of VTB Arena Park Andrey Peregudov said. “We see this award as appreciation of the work that was performed as part of the design phase. We have now come close to the next stage of our project.”
The award jury consists of 70 seasoned professionals, including Andrew Panting, British Property Federation’s Director of Operations; Peter Bolton King, Global Residential Director of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; and Christian Morris, Director/Owner of the architectural firm Yotomo Ltd.
